We had came up to the drive thru the person who took the order was nice. However, they did mess our order up BIG time. When we had tried to tell them we ordered a large meal with a large drink they had said we needed to say something at the window or else they couldn’t do anything about it. I had explained they had me move up to the door so I couldn’t say anything since I had no food. We asked for extra sauce did not give us any and gave us mediums instead of larges. The atmosphere is very sketchy also. 10/10 would NOT recommend

These vulgar workers made our food with no care in the world, our sandwiches look like they were smashed with a fist, and they forgot our sauces after asking us if we wanted them. The deception and unruly service is something that the US needs to be taking care of. Also cannot get over the new drink sizes, this is not Europe.

Parked truck because the sign that says “Drive thru only” was turned off. Dining area closed. I wanted to order in store because of a larger order and didnt want it messed up. Went through drive thru and order was completely messed up. Received 80% of what i ordered. No sauces, received the wrong sandwich, my daughters meal was missing. I felt bad only two young kids were working but why make me wait the 10 minutes for an incorrect order?

I ordered from here 3-4 Saturdays ago and they weren’t open. I did an online order for 9 bucks and they weren’t open. They lady said she would handle it and reimburse me. Well that was a complete lie. They stole my money and I’m not ok with it. I will be contacting corporate and my lawyer.

I haven’t gone in a drive-thru in a very long time. I just don’t eat a lot of fast food. Swung by this location today – Fast, fresh & friendly. It seems silly to leave a review for fast food, but the cashier in the drive-thru (Jacob) was a friendly kid, so I thought I would put in a note to say so. Some positivity to smash down the wide-spread negativity a little 🙂

Poor customer service. Incorrect order. Charged for an item I did not order. Prize and beverage was not included with the kid’s meal. Young lady had a bad attitude. Treated me like I was a bother when I brought to her attention the item charged that I didn’t order.

I stopped by the first time in a while and me and my poochie ordered a roast beef sandwich large and two small with crinkle fries and a large pop it was fantastic the food is so good and the prices are not bad at all people were really friendly I went through to drive through it was fresh hot and ready recommend everybody drive that drive through and enjoy a real good meal for a dogs and kids alike
