I went in yesterday 6/29/23 in the evening and Diane was the manager on shift. I went to Arby’s after awhile and wanted to try their Wagyu burgers, We got the bacon ranch deluxe. (Plus I missed the curly fries) and everything was absolutely DELICIOUS!! The Wagyu burgers were actually very good Everything was fresh and came pretty fast! Great service overall and want everyone on shift to get credit!

I don’t know if people understand what it means for convenience but to place an order online and then having to get out of your car to go inside and get your order because it’s more convenient for the employee to not come outside defeats the purpose of convenient for the customer. Then too boot, the food was cold. I won’t go back anytime soon

In general, the food is pretty good on a consistent basis. Fries are a bit of a hit-or-miss issue in regards to temperature/freshness and the Jamocha shake chronically seems to lack the Jamocha! But, other than that, I have yet to experience anything there that is flat out unacceptable.

Ordered diet Dr. Pepper. I am diabetic and don’t drink regular pop. They gave me regular coke. I noticed the taste difference but thought they gave me diet coke instead of diet Dr. Pepper. My levels rose quickly.

The young lady taking my order was very nice (sounded like one my nieces when she talked), polite, and rather accommodating. Although I ordered two large Curly fries (I am a vegetarian), they were delicious, and even gave me ketchup for them.

I know fast food is making $17 an hour now but they still can’t get an order right. I ordered roast beef and got chicken. My wife got chicken fingers. One was smaller than a McNugget and she wanted ranch and got BBQ . All that for $27! Try harder do better.

Absolutely disgusting. Was there tonight, fries tasted like they were 5 days old and they were cold. You pay that much for food to receive garbage wouldn’t waste my money there.

I went through the drive-through yesterday to get two fish sandwiches and a order of fries. I realized the time was cutting short because I had to hit the bank around the corner before they closed. There was four cars in front of me and the line was moving kind of slow. So I jumped out of the line go to the bank before they closed for the day. But I called the store and talk to one of the employees and they were nice enough to make my food when I got there. The food was hot fresh and really good. I had to work at my second job so I just was able to get something in between to hold me down until dinner time. Will definitely come back to this location again. Thanks for opening the dining room.
