I would think if U go thru the drive-thru, and order a ‘cup’ of water, the person taking the order, would tell you that the cup of water you ordered, will cost you $2.79!! When I got home and looked at my receipt & saw my ‘cup’ of water was $2.79….same price as pop!?

Corporate and management should NOT be putting the customers and customer service folks at odds by asking them to park when nobody’s behind them. Take the pressure off of your employees and Develop a faster system if you want to keep the line moving faster.

The people working at this Arbys were highly unprofessional. The guy taking my order didn’t know the menu and didn’t know how to use the computer. If he was new they should have had someone training him. The employees were using F-bombs and other cuss words loudly while customers were in the dining room. They were talking about people who was using outside ordering. The dining room was dirty and not kept up! To me it seem like they didn’t have supervision. The only good thing was my sandwich. I will get it again however, not from this area.
