Ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich, received a raw piece of chicken. This will be the reason I never go to Arbys ever again. The audacity they have to serve food like this to paying customers is concerning if they even care about what and how they serve food. The reason given by the owner of this specific Arby’s was that a “new person” was on the fryer and pulled the chicken early. This is beyond disgusting and it quite literally made me puke. Please look at the pictures. Google won’t let me give the 0 stars they deserve.

The lady taking the order was nice thats where the 2 stars comes from. The manager was very rude, because I quote ‘she is on a timer’ I worked at a fast food establishment for 9+ years and we never said anything about being on a timer to the customer. I live around the corner but will never go here again.

My experience here yesterday was awful. They were very busy, and normally I’d be forgiving because of that, but not this time. The employees and manager were so rude. The girl repeated my order twice at the speaker and got it right. Then I got to the window and the guy got my order wrong. Then they handed me my food (although I was missing fries, shake, and drink). Turns out they got my order wrong but I did still have a shake I paid for. Then the mgr started yelling at the employee, “Why is that lady still sitting there? We gave her everything! Get her out!! What does she want?” So he turns to me and says, “What do you need?” I said I needed the shake. So the lady hurries and makes like a half vanilla shake, and the guy basically tosses it at me. I wanted to tell them about the other things I needed, but it was so hostile I just said never mind and drove off.

The lady running the drive thru is very pleasant to order food with. Greeted by kind service when I arrived at the window, didn’t skimp out on sauce for my sandwiches with a good amount of meat as well. Very, very nice experience here. I hope this keeps up over the times I come to order here!
