Person taking me order was impatient. Asked for a jamocha shake and normally it comes with a drizzle of chocolate. In fact it’s the only shake you put the sauce on. When I ask for EXACTLY what I ordered because they skipped this step. I receive this and shame on you. I asked for horsey and arbys sauce and only got one. It’s so little people ask and when you do it right the first time you don’t have to remake things. Now apparently it is alright by your standards to drop quality.. this is a choice more than people will notice.Just really inconsiderate.

This location is always clean, orders are complete, and their crew delivers a great experience. Last time I was in, Shari did a great job handling a difficult customer and even helped the old bitty get to her car after dealing with her non-sense. (Forgot to shout her out in the survey I just did so I hope leadership and/or the franchise owner sees this! You’re lucky to have such good employees!)

Walked in manager was stocking bread said it will be just a minute which was fine than about four minutes later she comes walking by and looked at me and said ” what !” So I told her I’m still waiting on my food and that I did need to get back to work so than she proceeded to go off I have been to a lot of Arby’s locations in different areas but this one is the worst run I have ever seen I never fill out surveys but I sure did this time and I called Arby’s corporate office to let them know about how bad one of there stores are being run so enter at your own risk I will never go to this store or any other Arby’s location for that matter just wish I could give lower than one star

Arby’s ,a name to reckon with ,in the culinary segment… yesterday’s visit to Arby’s, drive-thru was enjoyable……for the responses at the order placing ,as well as delivery window was courteous. Totally the order and delivery were fast… without any delay…The food was tasty…

It’s 2023… Stop locking your indoor seating all the time, you have like 5 tables inside it’s not too much to handle, I promise. It was open 1 time out of 4, no signage or anything to excuse it because you’re probably going rogue from corporate to get out a 10 min chore at the end of the day. Never going again

Shake machine sends to be down a lot. I go there at 9:45 and he says, “Our hours are 10 am to 10 pm, enjoy the rest of your night!” ??????

Rude manager cashier did not give a receipt and the fish sandwich look like it had been smashed with someone hands tried to return for refund but the manager who refused to give me her name said she can’t do nothing for me and refused to refund my money. During the pandemic Arby’s was the quickest way to get food and we went there two to three times a week, spent quite a lot of money. I will no longer be eating there the fish sandwich was hard and the cheese looked like they had picked it off the floor. As soon as I consumed it I felt nauseated and to be disrespected by the manager who refused to give her name I had to voice my disappointment with service and will never eat at any Arby’s again.
