Placed an online order to be picked up but when I got there saw a sign on door that said closed early due to staff shortage. What a nightmare trying to get a refund. Never again. Arby’s shows no concern for inconveniencing their customers

If I could give negative stars I would. They handed our order to car in front of us I watched the car go through the bags, hand the bags back and say this isn’t our food. They pay get their food and drive off. The same wrinkled up bag the car in front of me gave back they gave me I asked about it was told no that didn’t happen. Told the girl I watched she walked away. I checked the bags at the window another girl walks up and I’m like I’m checking my food as you handed our order to a different car before us. Oh no that didn’t happen. Yes young lady it did I watched it all. Watched him wrinkle the bags and hand them back. She looked and said I watched her bag the food and wrinkle the bag rolling it. Um no she didn’t close the bag because she handed them to me open. Never again going back here and I’m going to make sure I leave a review everywhere I can as they let another customer handle our food then give it to us and lie and walk away.

I’ve never had an issue with the food… when you can actually get some. How is this location even still operating with how often they randomly close early or open late, if at all? It’s super frustrating when you’re looking for something quick but not 100% garbage.

Did the drive thru. Don’t use Arby’s a lot so kinda stumbled thru the menu board while the attendant inside that little speaker was patient and helpful. Food was great and our order was correct and timely thank you flat rock Arby’s.

We had to keep asking the child that took our order if she was there and if she heard us. The Jamocha shakes do not taste like Jamocha anymore. They look and taste like vanilla shakes with chocolate syrup mixed in.
