Honestly, in the last couple months it’s gone way down hill . The fries are never fresh they taste like they were pre fried and then tried to fry them again to warm them up .. gross Also used to love the mozzarella sticks but those too were just as gross filled with grease. As for the staff also super friendly thats what keeps me coming back. Also I get door dash a lot if your gonna use the stickers please make sure the bag is actually sealed I’m tired of getting opened bags

I stopped in for the Wagyu Deluxe Steak House burger. It was perfectly cooked, perfectly dressed, and tasted great. Great teamwork and communication between the kitchen and counter. I hope that the new Arby’s in Tecumseh has the same management.

I got a pecan chicken salad sandwich, and it maybe was a quarter of a scoop. The rest of it was dry bread. It did not look it like the picture at all. It’s very disappointing the price that paid and what they put on the bread….. Unfortunately, I was traveling back back to Ohio, or I would have had it fixed.

Unfortunately I had HAIR in my sauced honey hot wings,returned them and was told they were remade. Unbeknownst to me they remade the fries and gave me the same chicken, same box,same hair. I had to take pictures because I can’t believe it. Whole staff of teenagers and a mgr was there. So I guess corporate is next because this is ridiculous.

I ordered 2 of the Chicken Cheddar Ranch sandwiches, I expected one big chicken breast on each sandwich – instead we got a couple chicken tenders on each one. Very disappointed.

Was out of town and needed something quick. It took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was sitting at the drive-thru speaker, and that was only after I asked if they were still open. Then once my order was taken and money collected, I sat for another 5 minutes with no explanation until my food was handed to me. They made me fresh mozzarella sticks. I also had Buffalo chicken sliders. The chicken on the sliders was not fresh and was tough to chew.
