I ordered the steakhouse burger combo and I requested for Arby’s to make my fries fresh and the manager that took my order said no we can do that for you and when I got my order my fries was burnt mast cold and old and my coke tasted like they never change the CO2. My burger was a little red in the middle. I hope corporate inspects that restaurant before the health department does! This is the most nastiest place on the planet to eat at. The food is a disgrace to everybody that like to eat food!

This manager hates ppl and her job….and it shows. Do yourself a favor and go to the Burger King on 12 mile… they are so much nicer. Stop giving money to mean ppl. Asked for straight fries, got COLD curly. Ppl taking order always get it wrong then manager steps in and gives you the wrong food. Lovely.

First, time there in Royal Oak. Did, cold and nasty. I, didn’t know how bad the food was until I got where I was going. The service took sooooo long . I, assumed that the food would be hot. Fries, and burgers were cold. Wasn’t worth the money. I would not be back!!

There is a reason why this Arby’s is above 4.0 even as a fast food option. The location has great associates that are friendly and do their best to do right by the customer. Really appreciated the quality of food and effort they put into making my takeout option enjoyable.

Rude people. Asked for a lrg rootbeer gave me a small. Asked if that is the New large and the employee lied and said yes. I know it is not true because we e get Arbys at least twice a month. Not my first issue but this will be my last. Will not stop here again.

Where do I start? Its fast food. I do think Arby’s is the high end of fast food. I saw an ad for “Petite Filet Steak Sandwiches,” so I decided tonight was the night I was going to try it. I ordered up the Garlic butter Steak sandwich. The only thing wrong with the sandwich was the person who made the sandwich. There was garlic butter on top of the sandwich I would have preferred it to only be on the inside. Other than that, it was delicious. Also, bonus points I got fries fresh out of the fryer, so they were hot and crisp.

This Arby’s location had almost no wait time before getting to the speaker. The order was placed and we were asked if we wanted to wait for fresh fries which was nice. It didn’t take long at all. Lady at the window was friendly and courteous. In this covid world, this location is always worth the wait but it’s even better when there is no wait and no mistakes all with a smile
