The drink my daughter ordered had a full cup of ice and next to no fluid. I went inside and asked for it to be refilled since it was not worth it, with all ice like that. THE MANAGER USED A LOUD, YELLING VOICE TO TELL ME THAT WE SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR LIGHT ICE OR NO ICE. He did not refill it.

Tried the new bourbon spare rib sliders 2 for 4 deal so I could share it with my 88 year old mom who isn’t eating very well anymore…..the way she gobbled it up she must have live it. Thank you Arbys!

This is a pic of my 1/2 pound sandwich. I’ve been ordering these for years and this is by far the smallest sandwich I’ve ever received. Not worth a return trip. Just very disappointing. They also failed to include my son’s entire meal. We e weren’t charged for it, but we DID order it. Horrible service at this location.**Update** 2/14/22 Tried Arbys again. They can’t seem to tell the difference between a Beef and Cheddar sandwich and a Roast Beef sandwich. One has an onion bun and arby and cheddar sauce. The Roast Beef has a sesame seed bun and no sauces unless added. A second trip for the correct order every time.

Went through drive-through to order a classic roast beef sandwich and a medium shake. I’ve been having a lot of issues with eating this year due to depression that’s the one thing that usually sounds good when I’m not hungry and I need to eat something. I immediately started eating the sandwich right after I left the drive thru. About 2 bites in I realized the middle was cold. (The meat in the middle was cold). So I went right back & went inside they didn’t really seem to care. I was willing to accept the replacement while I was standing there waiting the man who was working the fries with coughing all over his hand!!! Instant deal breaker for me. I will no longer be coming to this location ever again. I was refunded my money and that was that. The manager acted as if he needed 1.more employees?

The meat from my sandwich was loose in the bottom of the bag, it then broke through and spilled on me as I was walking back into my office. Pictures of my lunch on the ground included. I’m surprised McDonald’s has yet to file a trademark infringement lawsuit on these guys based on their insistence on only hiring clowns. Won’t catch me giving them money ever again.
