Well I was the idiot that gave them a second chance. Charged me for the wrong order, which in good conchance I brought to their attention. $33. For two meals and peperpopers. Get home, 25 min drive, and they gave me a beef n cheddar. I’m sorry I’m not fond of those.

Went in and didn’t realize it was rush. The crew did a good job for getting slammed. Food wasn’t hot but warm. Went to ask for salt and pepper and the lady was having a moment. Finally got through the meal and was out. It was about 2pm.

Food half cooked, meat only on one side of sandwich. Other sandwich was supposed to be a double but had only enough 2 thin layers of meat. The restroom was filthy. The tables and booths was dirty.

My wrap the wrap part it self was so old I was like chewing on rubber. The rest of our order was great hot fries and good shakes.

Havent been in a while so went in only to get met by a cussing employee(not cussing at us) Wouldnt of really cared too much if my toddler wasn’t with me. The portions are too small with how much everything costs and i couldnt take my drink with me as they had not stocked the small lid. so i think ill go somewhere else for a better value and atmosphere.

Just went through the drive through, grabbed a double roast beef and some MOTZ sticks. I eat my sticks while driving, pull over to enjoy my sandwich and this is what I see. I know times are tough and the food industry got hit hard but this is unacceptable. I paid 11.97 for this???

We stopped by this Arby’s because it was on our route home lastnight. We were shocked, our order was right, we got 2 different type fries and both were hot. I got a special order sandwich and it didn’t take long at all. The drive thru worker was nice. Definitely hitting this location again.
