This Lafayette Location is beyond amazing its everything you would want from an arbys, i work for two men in a truck and have trouble finding good service at restaurants that are responsible and respectful. I can order in person instead of being forced to order on a computer screen like McDonald’s. And all the staff is beyond respectful and all were on task, not messing about. By the greatest service i have ever had from a fast food place hands down.

You double charged my door dash order and gave my wife roast beef instead of turkey on a turkey and Swiss sandwich. Can’t put and horsey sauce or even napkins in the bag. Market fresh sandwiches are supposed to be bagged separately because they get hot. I guess they weren’t worried since it was hot roast beef instead of turkey.

I wanted to update my review because the Lafayette Arby’s that faces Veteran’s Memorial Parkway is SO awesome. Temple is the name of the employee who ALWAYS provides me with fast, friendly, and thorough service. I often use coupons or order the specials, and he takes the time to make sure I know all my options to lower my overall price. I appreciate his kindness, and I love that this Arby’s always gives me fresh, hot, and delicious food. I know that NOT ALL Arby’s are this amazing.

I have eaten food from this location two times, and the food served was terrible. The products did not appear close to what is pictured in all ads. Being poor examples of the items made the taste inadequate.

Evertime i go the shake machine is down , we have walked 2 times because they didn’t have want we wonted and they want enough people working there to even take care of the amount of customers they had .Also no milk shakes 3 or 4 times very disapointed.

Train your employees dine in or carry-out / sandwich or meal . Or just let the customer ring it up on the register, this way Arby’s doesn’t have to hold an young employees to any standards

Nothing special but nothing terrible either. On my way to work, ordered a medium RB sandwich and a drink. Two cars ahead of me in line, went pretty quickly. Guy at the window was friendly, handled everything perfectly, and got me on my way quickly. Much appreciated.
