NEVER GO HERE!!!!! I ordered 2 plain fish sandwiches and got home and was wrong. It was put in honey wheat bread instead of a bun without sesame. Take them back and they put on a bun with with everything on it so I call back and said it was wrong. At this time I was told it wouldn’t be fixed so I asked why and said they would send coupon in mail cuz it was about 10 mins til closing but I was already pulling in so he said to pull around. That is where u got accused of trying to “rip them off” by the manager and where he continued to talk down ask me where the 2 sandwiches were from the 1st time I said home they were offered to be given back when went back the 2nd time. Each time the sandwiches were wrong they were taken back and they didn’t want them. All 3 times was within 30 mins. I He was very rude and unprofessional the whole time. I told him he needed to learn customer service and that I was gonna call in to the restaurant and he handed me the sandwiches and laughed and said u hope you enjoy these sandwiches. Almost implying that he did something. Then I said I would call corporate and started driving off. He (the mgr) was hanging out drive-thru window calling me names and cussing at me…

I ordered a loaded fish sandwich, it was Luke warmed over. Quarter size maybe of fine shredded lettuce 2 very thin end slices of what appeared to be a tomatoes however not enough to pass as a tomatoe . I paid extra for this horrible sandwich. I complained and the kid working the register said I don’t think I can get you another sandwich I don’t know what to do , wow. I said put lettuce and a real tomato in a small box, he asked the manager he came over and said we usually charge for extra , I said this is not extra this would be for what I ordered and paid for the day manager looked at me and and walked away. 3rd time bad food and poor service out of 3 different orders 3 different days at the Huntingburg Arby’s. I was told by my husband he ordered the week before his fish sandwich was great over flowing in lettuce, hot fish, large tomatoes on it and I got a discusting sandwich he dined in mine was take our that is the difference. Totally turned off by this Arby’s in Huntingburg, jasper Arby’s is so much better service and food.

We got food rather quickly which was good as we were riding with family due to my car being broke down but our order was really screwed up when we got home found out that my plain fish was loaded with lettuce and tarter sauce my plain chicken was loaded with lettuce my fiances chicken bacon swiss had no toppings what so ever just plain chicken only 1 order of fries when we ordered 2 lg fries they had plenty of staff working so doesnt make a bit of sense why our order was so messed up

I went through the drive through and made my order. When I came to the window I was charged twice. The first order was for the person behind me, the second order was my own. I only got my order. After taking care of matters at home I looked at the receipt and found I was charged twice. I returned to Arbys, asked to speak to the manager to get this issue resolved. To either refund me the second order or fill that order since I already paid. The manager said there was nothing they could do. Since I came in later since leaving the drive through there was nothing he could do. So for charging me for an order I did not receive or having it refunded I’m going to call corporate, and report the charge to my bank as a fraudulent charge. If they were able to rectify this situation I would have given a better review.

Had a late lunch with my dad ,when we went in girl working front service counter was setting on service table food goes on messing with her phone . When she seen us talking about it she said can I help you without even getting up. The food was awful our food cost approximately $9.00 a person and was not worth it!
