Ordered the turkey bacon ranch and the turkey looks like it’s been ran through a food grinder and placed on my sandwich. I’ve always gotten sliced turkey before. Very disappointed with as much as you have to pay for a sandwich

Stopped here for lunch on the road and was an excellent choice. The manager took our order and made the coupons work for us. Our gift card was hard to scan but they found a way to let us use it. The sandwiches were perfect and the orange shake was wonderful. The team here knows how to treat a customer right. We will definitely be back when traveling this way again.

Service was fast, as you would expect out of a fast food restaurant. Food was sloppily put together but the food was good. Inside the restaurant was fairly clean. Nothing exciting about eating here but how excited do you need to be to eat?

Walked in to get lunch after church. I tried to find a seat while my family went to order their food. Not a single table was clean, either that or there was something on the seat. I told my family that we can order it to go because of the seats being dirty, and a man, guessing a manager, got mad at me for telling them that the tables were dirty. He said that his tables weren’t dirty and argued with my dad about it. He got snippy with my family and we left after his rude comments. Then he sarcasticly said, have a good day, when my dad was trying to talk to us. He said it one more time and my mamaw said, yeah, hope you have a good one, too. Overall, I never want to go back if he’s working there. And there were only two families, they weren’t busy at all.

Every time I come after 7 wanting a milkshake, their machine is “down”. I’m not stupid. They shut their machine down so they can get out early. So, I go to Wendy’s and get frosty’s; which they have available until they close! That’s the difference between a mature manager and a child.

I had a very horrible experience at this store. I was yelled at and followed out of the store by a female manager. She was agitated because I complained about a male friend of hers that is also an employee assaulting my 16 yo disabled daughter. Now this “manager” is harassing my family and friends when they come in.

WORST ARBYS EVER!! WENT THERE AT 8PM GET HOME WRONG BURGER. I BEEN STARVING SINCE 8AM. GO BACK ASK FOR HALF POUND ROAST BEEF SOMEHOW I GET W CHEDDAR WHEN I GET BACK HOME AT 9:30 I TOSS THE BURGER OUT. HOPEFULLY 3 TIMES THE CHARM WILL WORK NOW I GOTTA EAT SOMETHING ELSE!!

Went with a coupon for a family pack. Thought it was a deal and money’s tight. They hooked us up and they knew we had kids and gave us a whole bag of condiments. The people were super nice and very very helpful they all deserve raises without question. I love this arbys!
