The mozzarella sticks at this location and the Bedford Arby’s are the BEST in the state. If you know what I’m talking about–there’s a difference for the mozzarella lover.

Sat in line while they serviced 3 cars. The person taking orders was terrible. Had to repeat things two and three times. Got to the window and still had to straighten the order out. Kid couldn’t make change. My crinkle fries must’ve been there a couple of hour, they were just old. Our 4 mozzarella sticks had been there about as long as the fries. It was just terrible service and food.

Decent experience when we go, but we have noticed a decline in overall quality with new ownership in the past couple of years. Food is decent, but not the same quality it used to be. Service is decent, but not as friendly or quick as it used to be. Inside if the restaurant is OK, but some of the booth cushions are cracking and falling apart, and some of the wallpaper is completely peeling away from the wall. We still grab a quick bite to eat here from time to time, but it’s definitely not something to rave about anymore.

While the counter service was as should be expected. There were few clean tables, and under bench seating was definitely in need of sweeping. But the main reason for the low rating was because I ordered the Classic French dip Meal and my son ordered the Double Roast Beef meal. The meat on both sandwiches was very wet, wet to the point that what little time it took to get to the table the bread was soggy. I had no need for the Au Jus broth as the sandwich was definitely soggy, and only had mozzarella cheese on half the sandwich. My son said he was glad he did not order the half pound Roast beef as usual from other Arbys as it was soggy and tasted weird.

Horrible management, staff, and the worst is the owner (Turbo Resturaunts LLC). Probably cartel owned, dude never pays vendors, just replaces them. Notice the co2 tanks sitting by the dumpsters for months? Freezer constantly breaking, food thawing out and they’re still serving it??? Geeze, just a matter of time before they’re outta business

Me and wife just pulled in and went in side to look at menu thin a lady told someone there is people up front he said something about sauce and guess they had no time for us and was not standing there to hear excuses we will not be back and will be talking to someone higher ..about this does not take 3 people to make a sandwich.

Stood at the front for over 15min and nobody even knowledged I was there. A few employees on their phones and the manager in the Grey shirt looked at me then continued to ignore me. Worst experience here yet.
