Made a $60 order online, waited over an hour in the drive thru, food was cold, half the order was missing, and nobody wanted to answer the phones. Place was disgusting, workers yelling at each other. Definitely contacting corporate since nobody there wants to make things right.

Super friendly staff. The woman joked around with me at the window. Food was good too. Great experience. Now, don’t get me wrong, not all places in this franchise are great. The one in Cloverdale, IN sold me garbage nasty food which was a huge disappointment. So, glad to know the people running a place make a difference and this location certainly shines because of the staff.

Tried to go to the drive thru around 7:50 pm. They were advertised as open until 9pm online. Got there and lights were on, but nobody acknowledged our presence. It’s one thing to close early and post it, but this is just false advertising. It’s sad to see this Arby’s being run this way.

Went through the drive thru today. Had 3 coupons. Lost one while digging through stuff to find payment. Got told unless I have the physical coupon, I couldnt receive the discount. This is ridiculous. It’s a piece of paper that gets tossed in the trash. I’ve came to this location with coupons many times and was never even asked to present the coupons, even though I do most times. The manager should’ve just given me the discount on this 35.00 order, but insisted I present all the coupons. Looks like I’ll be driving over to the west side Arbys from now on. They know how to treat their loyal customers.
