I used to look forward to going here. It has gone downhill. Lousy service with long waits in the drive thru even when not very busy. I like your gyro’s but not worth the hassle anymore. Even if good help is hard to find you should be trying harder.

Long slow lines. Rude people running the drive thru. Can’t even get a simple order right. And you’d think waiting 15 minutes for your food would mean it’s warm right? Not at this Arby’s. Food was barely above room temp and incorrect. Won’t be going back and you should reconsider as well. For the $12 I spent on a meal I can get better food at a gas station for half the price.

11:24 buddy and i pull in and we order 20 roast beef sliders yes lotta food. We just got off work hadn’t ate, we thought hot cheap food heck yeah!!! Cheese wasn’t melted on sandwiches it was cold and yes 20 is a lot but we work at a factory so we paid $34.34 and my buddy is so disappointed we won’t ever come back!!

Let me tell you I was on the road for 5 hours and I decided to go to Arby’s before the hotel and the guy at the window is amazing he was really nice engaged in conversation with me and all around really amazing! I feel bad that I didn’t catch his name but if I could I’d give him 5 stars alone.

Went thru drive thru and actually called and asked for the manager and told her that the guy Workin the window was terrific, very polite, fast service, good hot food and fries were fresh! Had my dog with me and he talked to my dog as well and offered him a test. Definitely is gonna be a place I will go back to got just moving here I’m very happy with Arby’s!!!

Dining room closed due to lack of resources? How many people does it take to run the dining room? One person to wipe tables once an hour? And take an occasional order. Barely anyone uses this dining room when it is open. So I had to wait in line in the drive-through to get my carry out order and be late for my appointment. I couldn’t even cancel it on the app and go somewhere else. Least they could do is allow Carry out customers to come in and pick up their orders.
