The curly fries looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the fryer, hard and burnt. It appeared that they ran out of ingredients for the buffalo chicken wrap because it was more of a ball of dough than a wrap and they didn’t put the correct condiments in the bag right after asking what we wanted. I wish I had taken pictures. Very disappointed with their quality.

We ordered a waygu burger and mozzarella cheese through the drive thru. When we got it, all the food was cold and the burger was undercooked and cold in the middle. I would not recommend this Arby’s to anyone.

I pass by here weekly and for roughly the past six months, either the drive through is closed or the whole operation is closed. It’s now 5:38 p.m. and the drive through is blocked. When I pulled up to order inside, I learned that the restaurant is closed for the day.

Even though it says they close at 10:00, you started to just close at 9:30 because it’s two people there and no one in line. Apparently they don’t just don’t want to work anymore. God forbid they stay open at work the last half hour for us 3 wanting to eat today. If the job is too hard for you, find another job.

I think the issue was part understaffing, part poor staffing. Half the staff was outside smoking, and only entered the restaurant once customers arrived. I only saw one kitchen employee out of four wearing gloves, which is always concerning. The dining room was filthy; there wasn’t a seat I felt comfortable sitting in to wait for my food. The service was slow, and when we got our crinkle-cut fries they had obviously been sitting out a while and had not been salted. The curly fries were fresh but the chicken sandwich was nasty.
