My order was fast infact to fast they didn’t fix my sandwich with care it was nasty and that was the first time I ever been to Arby’s just sad for a first timer and it will be truly the last time I ever go there. The bread was thick and dry and it had very little meat on there it was mostly sauerkraut a whole lot of it nasty just nasty. I don’t recommend it then make it look so good on TV but that’s television for you.

Just went through the drive thru and spent $24 for a beef & cheddar, small fry, 5 poppers and 3 tenders. Which is outrageous! Got home and there are no tenders in the bag. They put a bunch of the dip I wanted but I have nothing to dip. Called, and it rang forever until a message said there is no one available to take my call. Called two more times with the same result and the fourth time went straight to that message without even ringing. I’m on my lunch from work and I can’t drive back there. Very frustrated

We order through the app for pickup. Process is super easy online for placing your order and than when you arrive at restaurant you just go in look for your name and pickup. I rated them a 4 star because once they forgot our kid drink with there meal and we had already left so never got it. Than we ordered a chicken classic sandwich and part of the chicken seemed like it wasn’t cooked all the way. Than the second time we ordered on another day our food was perfect. So it’s hit or miss on amazing and than days where they might forget something. Also not a fan of the fries as they are extremely salty. There mozzarella sticks are delicious!! Also that Wagyu burger if you havent tried it yet you need too its yum!!

We Love Arby’s especially on busy days. Except today eating Mac and Cheese first time. And the bowl was my Problem! It looks like they microwaved it and tasted burnt. Not sure how they prep it.
