Ordered carryout. $42 to feed 3 people. Didn’t get one of the ordered sandwiches. Ordered a shake with the order, which they prepared first so it would have been melted by the time the order was ready. Asked if they could put it in the freezer until the rest of the order was ready, they put it in the cooler instead. Don’t waste your time or money there.

Good fast service and decent foods. My only complaint is that the company skimmed a little bit on the lettuce on my gyro and went a little light on the cheese on my wife’s half pound roast beef cheddar

Worst customer service experience ever. Had to walk into this restaurant and waited 30 minutes for them to give me my food at the counter. I am not expecting special service but being in a military uniform and being forced to wait for my food for this lengthy a time after paying this Arbys gets a zero rating. I will never go to this restaurant again!

The food can be really good here or really bad it just depends on the day and they miss parts of your order sometimes. Drive thru can be really slow as well. Wish I had more good to say about this location but I can’t.

Had to repeat myself multiple times just for them to get my order incorrect anyways. Wasn’t thrilled with how long it took to receive my food but happy with the finished product.

Waited30 minutes in the drive thru line and then another 30 minutes at the window to get our food and drinks.. was ignored when we ask if everything was okay or was they short handed.. very rude service..

I honestly really love coming here. Every single one of the employees that work here have always treated me with kindness and respect and most definitely always with a smile! They always make sure I have everything I need and if a mistake is made they make sure it is corrected immediately! Do not let a comment from a former employee that is just mad because he couldn’t get his way and could not perform his job duties. Steer you from coming there! He sure don’t know how to tell the wrong doings he himself did.
