Amy S is the assistant manager in Clarksville. She should know better than to speak in a hasty, rude way (drive thru). Food was amazing as always, but the point of customers is to make them feel welcome and happy. I understand the staffing difficulties but i am definitely disappointed in an assistant manager communicating so incorrectly. Maybe next visit will be better for us?

The guy taking and expediting our order made a couple mistakes but remained unruffled. He was still courteous and accommodating after three returns to the drive up window on the one split order (one ticket or Bill but two bags). kudos to that guy he’s a rare duck these days.

Used to be my favorite fast food place. Now the food is always cold and old. I had a French dip a few days ago and idk how but the bread was like rubber and the meat tasted like it had been sitting out for days.

I love Arby’s but I won’t come to this location anymore, last two times I ordered the classic beef n cheddar meal and THE SANDWICH HAS NO CHEESE, I have ordered 4 in the past two weeks and none have came with cheese. So maybe call it a beef n nothin sandwich?

I waited in drive thru because ONLINE says they are open. No one answered me! So I called. They hung up the phone on me three times! By this time I pulled to the front of the store. They had put this sign up? Sounds like they don’t want to serve me! I dragged my three kids out for them to smile at me and put this sign up. Okay, that is fine. Never going back and I WILL call corporate;)
