We couldn’t hear the order taker on the speaker, we waited an unusually long time at the window and then the reason we stopped, ” the wagyu burger” tasted like it was cooked in the microwave much too long. The patty itself was hard, dry and tasteless. The sauce was all over the outside of the bun and covered the entire inner surface of the sandwich wrap with the exception of one corner an inch and a half in. One of the pickles consisted of the rind only and was so cloth like that it stuck in my throat and had to be pulled out. The crinkle fries were all very small broken pieces. Needless to say, it was a total waste of money.

Stopped by to get shakes for coworkers and was surprised by the price for the item. The size has changed. I was told no more mediums and went larges, but you now pay large prices for medium items.

Got the fish and fry for 5. The only issue I had was having to pull up when there was no one else in line. Why couldn’t I wait at the window. Took a lil longer than It should for what I got.

Arbys is one of the only fast food places i like to eat at. Their menu is different compared to others. I order their gyros or chicken bacon and swiss sandwich. Always fresh and tasty. No grease smell or taste. Even better when i use their coupons. Only once were the fries not freshly hot. Overall i will eat here again and again.

I’m giving up on Arby’s. The food is never hot. I’ve been in the afternoon during happy hour, in the evenings during supper hour, and just tried opening hour. Not once have I been served hot food. It’s an expensive place to go eat and I expect more for my money. The only reason I gave two stars is because the line went quickly.
