Not really any massive issues, the get my order wrong just about every time but I have learned to check before I leave. Their speaker is almost nearly impossible to hear them thru.. They also couldnt accept my 20% coupon because their scanner(?) was down? So that kind of sucked. They nevvvver have any apple turnovers either, but when they do… so good.

Yesterday, April 4th, Arby’s @ Indiana 18, and Interstate 69 Marion Indiana! I’ve been a Frequently Going Crsustomer at this Store for Years/Since 1996! In All those years the Product, and Service during Daytime Hours has been as Good as it gets I would say. Yesterday I received a Very Sad Product! They asked me too Pull up and Wait, they had just Dropped a Fresh Fish! I ordered the Fish Sandwich everything! All I’m gonna say, the Product I was expecting, was a Terrible Photo Op at the Least! It was not Fresh, or Anyone’s Vision of a Arby’s Sandwich! There must have been some Big Personnel changes at this Store! Wow, I can’t believe what I was served! Next Time, no matter if it puts me into a Delay of my Day, I will enter the Store and return the Sandwich too the Manager! Come on Arby’s you disappointed me Yesterday!!!

The old story of ‘check your order before leaving”. After repeating the order AND asking for it to be confirmed still drove off to home only to find out a sandwich missing. Also got curly fries instead of straight. Drove back 18minutes cause the sandwich was desired! Got apologized to and the corrected order.

Been to the Otisville Hotel all my life and I can’t tell you how shocked I was on how BEAUTIFUL the upstairs has been transformed into!! If you need a place for a mid size party this is it!!
