It’s Arby’s, and it’s was good! But the manager ( who waited on us) was quite rude and ‘short’… there were no other customers inside or at the drive through but he was in an incredible hurry to get me out of there… rolled eyes when I didn’t IMMEDIATELY spit out my order. Then, when I had a question about my options with a kids meal, he was incredibly annoyed… I wouldn’t have cared had he not been the manager… I really wanted to ask him if he truly hated having a job or hated customers O_O

I ordered Arby’s Roast beef add Lettuce and I paid extra for that it’s like ok a couple strans .crazy then you order chicken plusses cheddar pay extra and they give you a small splat like just give me the side ill do it my self I bet I could at least see the cheese that I paid 2.00 extra for economy is really showing !

Tried the Deluxe Wagyu steak burger and it was very tasty! This is an efficient location, the dining area needed cleaned a bit from the lunch rush, but would definitely recommend this location for your next Arby’s fix!

I’m from Longview Texas and I have been in Kokomo since April visiting daughter and family. My health is not good and we had been moving them to a new house. Went to this Arby’s with granddaughter and was treated with the great respect from all the employees. The manager went out of his way to make sure our visit was great. The food was awesome and I couldn’t ask for better. God bless and thank you.
