I’m not totally sure what happened here, but the service here recently (past month or so) has gone from absolutely horrible. To I’m quite impressed and not only has the service improved but I feel the product has also improved. Hated coming here for lunch, always asked to pull forward even if there was no one behind me. Then, whenever someone else came, they were asked to pull forward also. I would not get my food till everyone’s was done before they brought it all out. But that hasn’t happened the last few times I was there. Not asked to pull forward and had my food in a timely manner AT the window. So much better, and thank you. Now I like coming here for lunch.

I believe the manager waited on me, and from the time she took my order from the time she delivered it to me was a pleasure, usually the staff in that entire area of Lincolnway East at the fast food establishments, the people are angry, maybe that’s why most stores I go into employee Older or Elderly now!

The food was good. We had French dips. The bathroom was abominable. The stall latch was broken; no soap; the paper towels didn’t work. The order taker was great, so fun and nice. I’d still go back.

This Arby’s was short-staffed but incredibly pleasant and kind. The two workers who were there both kindly explained that they were short staffed and asked for patience, which I appreciated! The food came out quite fast considering the circumstances! These workers are doing a great job with what they have! The food was also fresh, hot, and delicious! I’ll definitely come back when I’m coming to or from the airport!

Had to wait 15 minutes for 6 PC mozzarella sticks and they gave me one marinara sauce…. better than last time when they fidnt give me any at all. Also my Dr. Pepper was flat and I asked them if they could change it and give me a different one, but the answer was they “just changed it before they filled up my cup”. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion from family who said yes that definitely tastes weird. Rude.
