Staff has the worst attitudes! I had asked to use the bathroom and was told I had to purchase something first in order to get the code for the bathrooms!!! I was purchasing gas at the station and needed to use the restroom. The most ghetto Arbys Ive ever seen. The dining room looks like a prison cafeteria, can’t imagine the food. The dinning room was full of homeless strung out people who were also using booths to sleep. Also keep your belongings close….the homeless strong arm you for pocket change and they won’t stop until you give them something. The gas station guy was very friendly though but not the staff at Arby’s. So sad, Arby’s is usually my favorite spot to eat. I could eat beef and cheddar sandwiches and curly fries all day.

Originally went through the drive thru. Got tomatoes on my wrap when I ordered no tomatoes. No biggie, went in and got it swapped out. The manager(?), black gentleman wearing a grey shirt, made sure I was taken care of. He through in a free drink for my wait and another wrap for my inconvenience! I always have fantastic service whenever he is there!

Read through the reviews, some I understand, some I scratched my head. I stop maybe once per week. Food is usually good, but sometimes the fries are a little so so, everything else usually good. The manager, mentioned prior as bad, is almost always upbeat, smiling, and provides a good service. So maybe it was a bad day, or someone else was? I go here because of the usually friendly staff. The Arby’s itself could use an update. The police are trying to take care of the people outside, but are being held back from above them.

Has a lot of pan handling out in the parking lot. Have been followed and cussed out cuz I didn’t have money to give a guy in the parking lot. Arby’s side is on it trying to stop stuff like that from happening but the gas station side the side that is able to see out in the parking lot let’s it continue

The employees here are fantastic. They are trying really hard to make this a decent place to eat. If it wasn’t for them I would give this location a 2 star at best due to the condition. Very run down. Especially the bathrooms. Had to ask for soap. One employee said the soap keeps getting stolen. ♂️
