This is the superior Arby’s in Warsaw. It’s cleaner, faster, and tastier. I always order ahead online and then pickup at the counter, and it’s always ready and waiting for me, with the sauces the staff knows I like (they remember me.) I hope the ownership treats and pays the staff responsibly and like actual humans, because they’re the reason this place works well.

I haven’t been to Arby’s in a while and I usually go to the one closer to where I live. I decided to try the one on Detroit Street before I went to work. I really wanted fries and cheddar sauce like from Taco Bell so I thought I would get a curly fry and cheddar sauce. I waited almost 5 minutes for fresh fries, and when I drove off I took a bite of a burnt fry, hoping that that would be the only one I kept digging in my bag only to find that all of them were burnt and it doesn’t seem to be the same type of Arby’s curly fry that I remember. When I called to try to get the situation handled. The guy on the other line just didn’t respond. I’ll stay by my house. Sorry to inconvenience your phone line I gave two stars because the cashier was nice.

Over-toubled Bridgewater
The food was hot and perfect! There was a kid running the window and he did a great job. There was a short wait, but it was well worth it for the food to be hot and crispy! He apologized for the wait anyway, the sweet tea I ordered was even the perfect amount of sweetness that time, and normally it’s hardly sweet at all. The kid running the window at that time deserves a promotion for sure. I normally don’t leave reviews like this.
