I normally don’t go too this location because I live over by the other one but I was on this side of town so I said why not. Well I found out why not. Wasn’t busy at all, I decided what I wanted and told the guy I was ready to order. I ordered, two bbq bourbon roast beef sliders loaded fries, beef and cheddar nuggets a large fry and a small drink. Paid like 31 and some change. Not terrible pulled up to the window and the young man, Harley was his name was rude. Shoved my card back in my hand told me to pull around and they would bring my food too me, before I could ask for sauce for my beef and cheddar young man slammed the window on me. We sat out waiting for about 10/15 mins got our food and went home. I didn’t eat my food right away but my partner did. His sliders where smaller than the normal sliders you have and they were smashed flat, his loaded fries didn’t have the sweet heat sauce that came with it last time. Once I ate my food, my nuggets were hard as a rock, not from being cold. More breading than chicken and dry as hell. My large fry was at least a small if not smaller. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, I will stick with the other location Lucy knows what she’s doing over there.

Not only did I repeat our order no less than 5 times, we pull up to the window, get the wrong drinks and the workers have attitude. I was nice and calm up until that point. Then it was time to talk to the manager. I really don’t know when or why it is alright for anyone to treat others with disrespect

I placed an online order and went to the drive thru to pick it up. Obviously, I upset the woman bagging the food inside because she told the young man working the window that “she is too f’ing lazy to come in and get it herself, f’ing people. “ I don’t think she knew the drive thru window was opened a crack and I could hear every word out of her mouth.

I sat stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No one even bothered to take my order, or the order of the car in front of me. Idk how long they had already sat there before they finally just left I pulled around to drive off and couldn’t see not 1 single person inside qho worked there. No idea why or where they were hiding.

Order online threw the app and paid got to the drive threw waited for 30 mins before finally just pulling up to the window and waiting for another ten mins before a girl came from around the back clearly under the influence of something to tell me she thinks her manager closed the store at 9pm but it’s well pasted 10 pm and the signs say they don’t close till 12 am then proceeded to tell me I would ha e to get my refund threw the app and slams the window shut and proceeds to walk back to the back again

Absolutely disgusted with the service I have recieved from this facility. I ordered a slider, small fry, & chicken nuggets for my son. I was asked to pull around to the side bc my food was being made fresh. The slider was so gross the wrapper stuck to the bottom bun (they said it’s bc I modified my slider to add cheese (never has this been a problem before)) my fries were hard and cold. My sons nuggets were so hard and two peices were burnt, they weren’t even hot to the touch for being made “fresh”. Never again will I give my this facility my business. Do better. Be better. People spend their hard earned money to eat here not just throw their food away. Does not even deserve a one star.

Wow. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had. My $7 meal. The sandwich was smashed flatter than a pancake. All the cheese and sauce was in the wrapper. The fries were cold, and only filled half way. My husband’s fries were nothing but the little pieces you usually find at the bottom, and half filled as well. The chicken slider was most disappointing. I don’t know how long it sat under a warmer, but it was so dry and tough that I literally could not bite into it. Let alone, try to chew it. The window employee was rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing about my mozzarella stick order taking so long. I was finally asked to pull around front to wait for my overall disappointing dinner. They also forgot the sauce. No napkins. $38 total for half of the full meal I should’ve received. It wasn’t even edible. I would’ve returned all the food, and requested a full refund. That was ridiculous. Don’t go here. The staff is rude, and the food isn’t worth your hard earned dollars.

The food was fine. The place was dead empty, no one in the parking lot, no one in the lobby. Kid at the counter was definitely the wrong person to be taking orders. Most others would have been fired for acting that poorly. Will not be returning anytime soon.
