Place was unkept and dirty. I’ve been here many times yet lately it’s become dirtier and dirtier. Fires on floor, pans on floor catching fallen fries and grease. Lobby tables unwiped even though I’m the only customer. This location has went to the pits. Returned on 7-29-23 to try the fish strips. They’re made with the hush puppies batter. Not very good at all. The floor is still sticky, you can hear yourself walk.

Very disappointing. Wanted a shake but the ice cream machine was down. Ordered 2 large fries and a Beef & Cheddar Sandwich. Fries were soggy and definitely had been sitting out for a while. Sandwich was just a disaster. Barely any cheese, and WAY too much Arby’s sauce. The bottom bun was so soggy from the amount of sauce it was falling apart. Can’t believe they think it’s okay to even serve food that looks this bad. They weren’t even busy or anything, we were the only car in the drive thru! Used to be so much better but now it’s a shame, disappointed almost every time. At this point it’d be better to close the restaurant due to understaffing and lack of customer service.

Was not pleased with the food. Service was ok. After waiting for 15 mins to get to the speaker to order was asked to wait… Then as we get to window to pay the girl seemed irritated that someone else was ordering. She was still nice to us. But our food was cold. Fries were not even hot or fresh. My cheese was not melted on my chicken sandwich. I understand everyone is short handed but i would have waited a few more minutes for fresh food. Warmed it up when got home.

Zero stars! After visiting Megaplay which was great we stopped here for a quick bite. I don’t usually eat fast food but it was a treat for the kiddos. Instead of a jamocha shake we were given plain chocolate we ordered two so I returned one and asked for a lemonade. The manager got upset because I asked for the real lemonade rather than minute maid. He then was upset that I asked for a little less ice. So he mumbles Jesus fkcn Christ!!!! My children were with me!!! Even though he said it low it was still very very disrespectful. I then asked if there was a price difference between the shake and drink he angrily replied no! I went back to the drive thru took and picture and went inside where I told him there was a price difference, and he says in a taunting tone “Ohhh so you want your dollar baaack?” I replied yes I want my money he says I’ll do you one better I’ll give u a dollar out of my own pocket reaches in his back pocket pulls out a wrinkled dollar and slams it on the counter as if he couldn’t simply hand it to me. What an ugly personality, horrible food, horrible location. Three thumbs down

Was the only person inside. Janxxxx came to the counter to assist – she didn’t say anything. She just put her cell phone between herself and the register, face down. I felt as though I interrupted her break. So I broke the ice by saying hello, asking her how her day was, ect. After ordering, I thanked her for my food, and she said, ‘you’re welcome.’ It felt like role reversal! I would not recommend that level of service for anything. It takes no effort to smile and talk to people, which is no doubt what Janxxxx was doing on her phone when I showed up to buy something.

When I was a young lad, I hated Arby’s with all my heart. The only good part about this franchise is how well they do their shakes. However, the servers at this particular resturaunt have cooked the best chocolate shake this meat bag has ever experienced. The man at the drive thru even said that it was cooked to perfection, which was medium rare. It guaranteed the quality that I did not expect. This was excellent service. Everyone who had worked at 8:45 PM on May 19th, 2022 deserve a raise, or even a promotion. God bless Arbyrica.
