This location needs help. Waited for my food(which is fine) but, when I got home with the order it was a mess. No bacon on the chicken sandwich, Roast beef was cold and the fries were mixed completely with curly and straight. It wasn’t even half way full. When the man came and gave me my food, I asked if the sauce was in the bag, he walked away from me and said “ I don’t know, should be” After paying that much for fast food and how unpleasant the workers were, I will never go to this location again. This isn’t the first time it has happened. I have learned my lesson.

If I could give zero stars I would! The service here was terrible! We’re not even from this town! We went to the drive thru to order our food, instantly we were treated rudely! To have them not listen to our complete order and have them mess it up to tell us we need to re go back through and order! To find out the guy who was extremely rude was the manager in the store!!! Highly disappointed!!!

On 8/9/23 Went to the drive through it was 7:27 when i ordered and 7:47 when i finally got my food. Messed the order up and didnt give me the correct sandwich and the boxes of fries were half full. Extremely disappointed!!!!

Used drive through initially. My order came to $24.27…the young blonde haired girl was too busy on her phone to get me my change back from $25.00 in cash…after waiting for her to finish texting on her phone, she has another young man come and help her with my change dilemma…I received $.63 back…shorted me $.10…I said that you shorted me on my change…I was told to pull-up to the 1st waiting spot ahead…well another vehicle was directly in front of me waiting for their order to be delivered.

I purchased the new Prime Rib Sandwich and it was absolutely the WORSE thing I’ve ever gotten. The sandwich tasted exactly like the other sandwiches and it was smashed. It had 2 onions on it. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back!

Last time I came to this one I waited at the order thing for 15 minutes there were cars at the window so I waited thinking maybe they were jus busy so the two car leave & still no one comes to take my order so then I pull up the window as I’m pulling up to the window a young kid was walking to the back LOOKS BACK & SEES ME & jus ignored me after waiting another 10 minutes I left . So today I figured something back can’t happen twice right ? Lol I get my sliders & there’s barely any meat on them & they taste spicy ?? I got roast beef sliders … also my CURLY FRIES were mostly CRINKLY FRIES .
