The stars I’m giving are because I only went through the drive tru. It was my first time coming to Arby’s. I ordered a spicy fish wrap. It was pretty good. I only gave food four stars because it was too spicy for me. That does mean others will not like it. My tolerance for heat is between mild to medium.

Normally I would highly recommend this Arby’s. Today, however, was not a good dining experience. My husband & I ordered a large meal (sandwich, lg. fries, lg. drink). Our curly fries were just bits and small pieces. Not hot or fresh. I ordered Diet Coke and when the girl at the drive through window handed it to me, she said, “here is your Diet Coke”. I didn’t notice until we drove away and tasted it – it was regular Coke. That can be a very harmful mistake for a diabetic! Arby’s food is too expensive to pay for an experience like we had today.

Drive thru experience. Order taken by a nice young lady, and she answered questions about my order. Store manager met me at the window and took my money. We had a pleasant conversation, and she gave my dog treats. Food was good and made correctly. The staff was very friendly and smiled and made my visit very pleasant.

Gotta watch this location..I was overcharged for my food because they manually adjusted prices for a coupon I had used. Took 2 employees to figure out how to ring up my order with the coupon and the other items I had ordered. They also added on an extra fry and drink to my order with one of my meals even though they were already included in the meal on the receipt.

I really enjoy Arby’s, but I won’t be returning here. Pulled up at 9:20 pm, the place was obviously open- there were diners inside. I just wanted mot. sticks and a diet dr pepper after working out.

Food was hot and fresh. Only negative was I ordered curly fries but got crinkle cut (still tasted good but was craving curly) and received spicy Arby’s sauce instead of regular that I requested.

They didn’t give me sauces so we had to go back and then they still forgot the mozzarella sauce. Check your sauces lol. Staff was kind and courteous, wait times were low.
