1 had ordered 2 mocha shakes, and 1 vanilla shake. I got 3 mocha shakes. Had to them wait for them to make vanilla shake. But the girl at the window was nice and apologized for the error. The shakes were delicious. You have to go try them!

Arby’s really surprised me with this one. Had no idea how big this gyro was. (I bought 2 of them for $6 thinking that I’ll need another one to be full) The bag was so heavy, I thought I had someone else’s order . Took one bite and couldn’t even wait until I got home to finish it, it exceeded my expectations! Good job Arby’s.

I waited over 30 min for one sandwich i had already paid for. Then the manager opens my bag of food and digs through it. Opens my roast beef sandwich and investigates it by lifting up the bun. No gloves on no nothing and of course i commented on it. This is beyond embarrassing on your behalf. I am disgusted with this establishment right here on route 20. Clean your drive through window aswell. Stop being so lazy.

We decided to get arby’s for take out and we are very disappointed! when we pulled up to the window the gentleman was very nice that took our order. but he forgot my ranch for my food and almost forgot our pop’s but he remembered to give them to us. and we ordered mozzarella sticks for a side and two of them had no cheese. and were cooked for way to long we also sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes! waiting for our food and were only 4 cars. in the parking lot again we are very disappointed.

The food was very quick but even better was the service!! One of my kids ordered a shake and when my youngest saw it he was upset he didn’t get one and the worker brought him one while we were eating! He wasn’t throwing a fit or anything she just knew.
