Giving 5 stars because the crew really rocked it this day. This was day of major storms knocking out power and shutting down lot of other businesses. The restaurant was overwhelmed with customers more than I ever saw it and the manager and staff did great at dealing with it all.

They don’t always follow directions on special orders. I asked for “made to order” Fish sandwiches with extra Tarter sauce & Red Onion, they cooked the Fish fresh but didn’t put any Red Onions on the sandwiches & gave extra Tarter sauce in small containers with lids but no utensils to put it on the Sandwiches ?!?!

Got fries and tenders. Fries were ok, but the tenders were rock hard. Had to throw 3 of 5 tenders away because I couldn’t bite into em. Orange cream shake is good though so 2 stars.

I ordered a French dip meal. I didn’t get my au jus sauce. That beats the point of having a good sandwich. I am not mad. All I’m saying is next time make sure you guys give the customer the au jus sauce. I used to work at a fast food restaurant, I know how it can be. Sometimes mistakes can happen. I love Arby’s. I will continue to order from Arby’s. I just don’t want you guys to get a very rude customer. This is the first time this has happened. That’s why I’m not mad about it.

Food was delicious. But i repeated my order 3 times in drive thru…2 beef and cheddars no sauce. Get order, pull up…and i get 2 beef sandwiches.NO CHEESE AND HEY GUESS WHAT NO SAUCE.. Pull around and parked. Walked in with my bum knee to get corrected items… . Still not as bad as management at 3314 S. East St.
