TL;DR- best Arby’s I have been too, greeted instantly when walking in, polite manner of speaking, answered questions I had and whole crew was mirroring that managers behavior. Hot food and clean store. Building might be old but that was the freshest.i have ever felt at an Arby’s

I purchased the new Burger on East Washington and Franklin Rd. This is by far the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Great Job Arby’s.

I went in here because the day before I had went to the Arby’s in Beech Grove and the service and especially the food was horrible. So I went to this location the next day and showed them a picture of a roast beef from the beech Grove location I asked the guy if they’re roast beef look like this and he made a face like ewwww and he said no ours does not, this location was extremely helpful, very nice and listen to me complain about another location but at the same time understood why I was complaining I appreciate them for being so friendly and listening, so I purchased two roast beef from this location and the difference was absolutely insanely crazy. Here will be two photos the very very dark nasty looking one is from Beech Grove and the nice pretty one is the one from Franklin road and East Washington can you see why I was upset at Beech Grove?? not to mention I spent $45.68 that night for dinner to disappoint four people.

I normally love Arby’s. I WAS STARVING, and hadn’t ate all day. I was literally moving off fumes! I visited this location last week and was not satisfied with the quality of my food. The Buffalo slider was on point I must say! I went through the drive-thru and before pulling off I realized that my fries were not FRESH. I simply asked for fresh fries. When I got my fries back they were medium hot, but not fresh. Me being a former fast food restaurant employee, I noticed what was going on immediately after I took a bite of my curly Fries. Instead of making me fresh fries, which I should have received in the first place they thought it would be a good idea to just place my fries back in the grease! I was so appalled by their behavior all I could do was drive off, before I passed out in their drive-thru due to not eating. I had no energy to go back and forth and get fresh food! I can guarantee it will be a Loooooong while if EVER before I return to any Arby’s, and it WILL NOT be at this location!!!

We have the meats? Well why does my buffalo chicken sandwhich look like two nuggets on a bun? $8.09 for basically bread. Very disapointed and since it was on my 30 minute lunch break and i got it to go I was basically out of luck. Not cool arbys. Not cool at all.

I was extremely disappointed with this Arby’s location (E. Washington & Franklin in Indianapolis, Indiana) on my visit on Saturday, July 16, 2022. There was a huge “DINING ROOM OPEN” sign in the window, yet when I went there at 7:40 p.m., the doors were locked. With extremely high gas prices and high heat and humidity, I don’t use drive thru windows anymore. I get it, it’s easier and cheaper to keep the dining rooms closed. However, hanging a sign stating “DRIVE THRU ONLY” would be a more HONEST approach and save people time from getting out of their cars only to find the doors locked. I won’t be visiting this Arby’s location again.
