I have always been had good service there until this last time. I just couldn’t believe how I was treated, how disappointed I was with the food and especially the shakes. Would think they would wait until your food was ready before the shake were made but instead I got those first and was melted by the time I got home. I will not be goin back there again

The last 2 times I have been here were awful. The staff is so-so, which I could over look if the food quality was decent. The prices have gone up, this can be expected with inflation, however the amount of meat and condiments has been dramatically reduced at the same time. Double beef and cheddar was the size of the regular and the cheese was virtually non-existent. And the amount of meat on the smokehouse brisket, is laughable! You do not get what you pay for, so save your hard earned money or go somewhere else, either way STAY AWAY

If I could give 0 stars I would. Two weeks ago, we had bad storms and tornadoes. Well a coworker and I stopped by on our way home and while we were there, the tornado sirens went off. I asked the manager can we come in out of the storms until the tornadoes passed. She told us no and that she couldn’t help us. Needles to say we got caught out in the tornadoes trying to get home.
