The beef-n-cheddars were packed with roast beef and cheese- rare for an Arby’s experience. Both the crinkle and the curly fries were hot and bursting with flavor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean store with charging stations for your phone.

Man at the window asked me more questions about my card than the bank. Then proceeded to forget to charge me on said card. Food was ok though.

Good place good people. They have gotten better team members thankfully. Down side they tried to tell me what’s a safe level of pink in the meat and what’s not..my kiddo said her sandwich tasted weird and I seen the pink blood. Not to happy about that. I didn’t even bother to get it switched out not worth the argument. Other than that still a good place to enjoy a family sit down and eat meal.

Good service – food was good except my roast beef was a bit red. I had to take it back. They gladly fixed me another one with no pink.

Always open when they say they are, even in the middle of -3 degree weather. Employees are always nice, food is always made well and I’ve never even had stale fries. I’d have almost preferred them to not be open on this frigid night, but I knew they would be since they’re the only ones consistently open late in Greenfield.
