Great service and the friendliest staff! We went through the drive through and had great fast service. Our dog was with us and the 2 people working were so sweet to him and gave him a treat. The small acts of kindness mean so much.

What a disorganized cluster lol. As I wait for 10+ minutes 3-4 customers have been up with messed up orders, no napkins on the station etc. Manager was rude to everyone who asked the order be fixed. What an absolute mess. Dining room disgusting. Food was kinda ok, roast beef looked like it went thru a blender and somehow with it this busy fries were old. Hire a consultant firm to teach you how to setup the food areas and manage the restaurant.

Was told that I can’t get light ice with my drink and my beef and cheddar sandwich double didn’t have much cheddar…double the beef double the cheddar unless told otherwise… so disappointed nothing like have water down drink after eating 2 sandwiches

Visited the drive thru on 6-8-23 @ approximately 5:30 pm. After sitting in the drive thru line for 12 minutes and it not moving and not hearing the car at the front of line ordering or being spoke to, call the store to inquire if there may be an issue with the speaker. I was informed by the lady that answered “we are slammed and doing the best we can” and that the girl at the window was having issues with the customer at the window. As I started to say I was just wondering and not upset, she hung up on me. After waiting another 5 minutes and seeing 3 cars leave, the line begin to move. I ordered my food, went to the window, paid and received my items. I asked Grace at the window what was the name of the rude lady who hung up on me when I called a dew minutes ago and she said she was not comfortable giving her name but would get her manager. The manager walked over and stopped before getting to the window and spent time speaking to the people getting orders together and then finally leaned down out of the window. I asked if she was the rude lady who hung up on me and she replied “I was not rude”, I looked at her name tag and asked if her name was Karen Baker and she hesitated and then said yes. I advised her she was rude and she interrupted and said her manager was there and did I want to speak to them. I told her no and to have a pleasant evening. I was not going to hold up any of the cars behind me or let me food get cold and was more than perturbed with the experience. After sharing it this morning at where I work, 4 co-workers all knew who Karen Baker is and all stated she was rude, hostile and this was nothing new from her. Very sad state of management at the Cloverdale Arby’s which is a shame.
