I understand that it’s busy during lunchtime, however 25 minutes from the point of ordering until being given your food at a FAST FOOD restaurant is inexcusable. You folks have to do better. Today, by the time you served me, all I had time to do was return to work and put my food in the fridge. Your lackadaisical approach wasted both my time and my money. Extremely disappointed.

Waited for 10 min no one came to drive up window. Drove around the front all the employees standing around the lobby. When I came in they dispersed. Mentioned how I called and someone answered… but then again never came to window. Had NOTHING prepared and had to wait 15 min for chicken. Never one mention of an “ I’m sorry at all!” The absolute worst!!

Avoid this Arbys. Since moving close to this location, I’ve been twice and the food was subpar. Today I decided to give it a try again and I ordered two items; a medium curly fry and a small mozzarella stick. After waiting 10 min at the pickup window I was told to pull forward and they would bring it out. After waiting another ten minutes I went inside and they had not even started prepping my order until I had reminded them. When I asked for a refund, they issued it to me with no remorse or apology. I left with no food after waiting 20 min. Not only should it not take 20 min for two menu items but they didn’t seem to care at all that I had waited that long. I never write reviews but this experience really frustrated me and just confirmed to never go to this Arbys location.

Love Arby’s, curly fries are the best. But had a bad experience. We went in and up to the counter. Greeted by the guy and told he’d be just a minute. Which is fine. Then a few seconds later a woman from the kitchen shouts “drive through only”. So we left the restaurant, got in the car and drove around to McAllister’s.

BUYER BEWARE CHECK FOR ALL YOUR FOOD AND DON’T BE BULLIED! Paid for 4 gyros and only received 3. I called them and they said next time I could have a free gyro. I realized it wasn’t a free gyro, just the gyro I had already paid for so I called back to clarify that I wanted a refund on 1 gyro or the “free” gyro in addition to the gyro for which I had already paid. When I called, the women claimed he couldn’t hear me and to speak up. So I spoke up and then he said, “I don’t know why you’re yelling at me, when you’re yelling you’re only talking to yourself.” Really?

Guy at the drive thru severely messed up our order and overcharged us. I was able to knock on the window and get the managers attention. She was awesome and took care of us. She redeemed the situation totally and should be given kudos for doing so.
