Went inside for a carry out order. Asked for sandwiches and a jamoca shake. Was brought my sandwiches and an orange cream shake. I asked if it was a jamoca shake and she apologized and went back and made me a jamoca shake and didn’t bother clearing the orange cream from the machine before starting my jamoca. Seriously?

Night service is extremely slow. Out of 2 attempts to get a drive thru order after 9 pm in the past month, I’ve had to leave the line after waiting 15-25 minutes to get back to work before my break ends. My orders were 1) drink and a cookie, 2) milkshake. The first time I made it to the window, but no one was there to take my payment, my order was nowhere in sight, and they were working other orders. The second time there was only 1 car in front of me, and I never made it to the window after 25 minutes. I was disappointed that they didn’t ask the other car to pull up to wait so that I could get my milkshake as they told that car the delay was due to an issue with the fryers.

Sat at the speaker for 15 min. Was told to look at the menu and they would be right with me. After the 15 mins of waiting someone else came over speaker and said they were closed and the register wouldn’t let them put in another order. They are almost always very rude at east main street location. Other locations are definitely better doubt me and my family return to this store.

The woman who was at the window messed up our order twice. The service took so long that a male worker with his arm in a sling asked us what we were still in the driveway for and we had to respond our food!?! We were in the drive thru for 30 minutes and the blonde woman who took our order tried to scold my husband for not ordering correctly. When all she did was mess it up, sit on her phone and count her cash right by the window where something could of happened if the wrong people were there. We went home with the wrong food still because we would of been there all night if we tried to have them fix it.

The classic roast beef and crispy fish sandwiches are great! I finally got my Jamocha, bec the othe Arby’s (fairborn dayton yellowspringfield road) have icemachine issues. Sean, the order taker has been real patient because we used coupons with our purchase. The place was clean and did not stink, no sticky table also.
