It has been a while since I had Arby’s. After I got the food, it reminded me why it has been a while. The portion was so little that I felt like i got cheated even with coupons. The brisket sandwich looks nothing like the picture, and the BBQ sauce was so overwhelming that i could barely taste the actual meat, which is what Arby’s is known for. Fries tasted okay, not great. Staff was at least friendly.

I opened my food having just gotten it from this location and was extremely disappointed to see that the buns on my two sandwiches were somehow both burned and cold. The meat inside the smokehouse brisket was extremely undercooked and tepid in temperature. Add to that the staff offering zero warmth in the form of a greeting and I, someone who has never in my life left a review for a restaurant, am sad to say I don’t think I’ll be returning to an Arby’s ever, in my life. Also, how can you charge 15 dollars for a combo meal these days but not have sauce packets out for walk-in customers? Having to ask and specify a number of sauce packets when the meals are already at sit-down restaurant prices… Maybe I’m just done with fast food period.

Food. Never had beef and cheddar with BBQ on it. Better without. Normal Arby’s we visit provides free senior dri KS, this one had no senior courtesies and curly fries were 33% higher priced

I drove through and got a BIG roast beef. my clumsy fingers dropped my card and in the confusion of the moment I FORGOT to ask for some delicious horsey sauce. after I got home and forgot about my food for 45 minutes, I finally sat down to “enjoy” my now cold food and was dreading raw doggin this soggy sammich but the ABSOLUTE KINGS running the dfrive thru made sure to tuck one in the bag any way. gracias amigo, i wish more locations would do this
