Spent $30. 2 LG combos (beef n cheese and French dip). Besides the half decent sandwiches n mozz stix/poppers everything was absolutely terrible. Both fries were inedible as they were old and really hard, and the large drinks were so watered down and very flat like they’d been sitting for a long time. No horsey sauce or Arby’s sauce was included in the bag either.

There is a teenage female manager who is extremely rude, has a major attitude and argues with customers. I placed an online order and went inside to pick up my food, couldn’t find it and asked the first employee I saw which happened to be the manager. Right away she was rude and was unwilling to help me in any way. Another employee was able to find my order with no problem. Try to avoid the manager if at all possible.

I’ve usually had decent experiences at this location but today 6/27/23 at 4:10 pm, I stated my order clearly at the speaker and had to repeat myself multiple times before telling the drive thru operator to forget it. After pulling away and driving past the window, the drive thru operator was childishly and offensively wagging his tongue at me. Real class act.

The general experience I had here was average. The place was almost empty but it took a bit of time to get everything ready. Food was decent, with French Dip being acceptable for fast food but nothing special. Curly fries are the main reason to go here over somewhere else, and that hasn’t changed. Not somewhere I’m excited to rush back to but good enough to accept it if someone else with me wants to.

Unpleasant experience.The short, heavy-set lady with dark short hair needs an attitude adjustment. I dined in and asked 2 questions about some menu items before ordering. Not sure why it seemed to be such an inconvenience. I was literally the only customer. Nobody in the drive thru. Anyways, after ordering and taking a seat, 2 minutes later and my food was ready…. obviously it wasn’t fresh. It wasn’t even warm. So i brought it back up to the counter and asked for fresh food. The dark haired lady wants to act like im lying or something and thinks i couldn’t see her rolling her eyes at her manager. I just shrugged my shoulders at the manager. It’s not like i was in a rage about it demanding fresh food and a refund. Jeeze lady. If you hate your job that much, find a different one. I’m sure mcd’s across the street needs some help.

You guys are the SLOWEST fast food restaurant I have ever worked for. Manager named Nya doesn’t know how to talk to people with respect. She gets rude with employees and customers. She constantly tells everyone to wear their uniform and that they can’t eat on the clock but she walks out around eating food, doesn’t wear her uniform no name tag no hat watched her wear Nike slides on one of her shifts actually more than once. She tells customers they can only pay with cards or with cash when she doesn’t feel like doing work… she talks on the phone all day. Oh and she also pulls 6 cars at one time for no apparent reason just because they are all together SLOW!!! Would love to talk to the owner about how disrespectful she is. And the worker they have named Christian brown. Very disrespectful
