We recently went to this Arby’s and they were fast, friendly and the food was great. We really appreciated it and meant to put a review on here sooner. I believe the man’s name that waited on us was Tony and the female manager was also very friendly and they had the place very clean!

Went for 5 for$5 and was told only through the app, she thought. Could I load app and then get the discount? She wasn’t sure, yeah, maybe. The roast beef was dry and I asked for 2 Arby’s sauce when I ordered and again at the window when asked and got home with only 1 Arby’s sauce.

We went through the drive through after running some errands. It started with the drinks. They hand them out the window we both got sweet tea.they were not sweet. We told them and they gave us new tea’s they again were not sweet tea. But regular unsweetened tea. The buns on the sandwiches were hard and stale. The classic beef n cheddar was a joke. And the fries were not even warm. And no it was not due to the drive home. We started eating as we pulled out of parking lot.

Great employees I’m very surprised because XENIA has pretty slow minded individuals but these Arby’s employees are pretty cool they just need to do better at cooking their food at a fresh temperature

Average Arby’s, but food was good and they were pretty slow so my kid was able to run around a little and stretch her legs from a long car ride.

The food was great, especially the Reuben, and the employees were very helpful in choosing what to get. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting and I plan to go again. Even though they made a mistake with my food at first; they were nice about it and quick to fix the issue.

I went to the drive thru and nobody asked if I wanted any sauce and didn’t put any sauce in the bag. The employees got mad when I went back in the drive thru to get sauce and told me in a very rude manner to come inside the next time. If you don’t want me to go back in the drive thru line then ask me if I want any sauce before I leave. I don’t have time to go inside.

Terrible customer service in the drive thru today! Less than one star, honestly! She practically threw my bag of food at me, rolled her eyes and asked me to repeat myself when I asked for Arby’s sauce. I get home, and there’s less than half of an order of curly fries in the box.
