Waited in line for 15 minutes for loaded curly frys (receipt says time and correct order) jut to get crinkle frys. Went in and kindly explained the situation, the guy who took the order was nice to me but seem irritated, asked the line person to remake. Waited an aditional 5 minutes and received semi lukewarm frys that were obviously old and sitting in the fry station. Wouldn’t have minded the almost 30 minutes if we received a fresh order at the end of it.

Orded a pecan chicken salad sandwich and a 4-piece mozzarella sticks… received an extremely dry sandwich with a small amount of toppings and a 6-piece mozzarella sticks. Still wonder if I was charged for the 6-piece or a 4-piece (receipt was not itemized). Oh well…

Why are they not open? It’s 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday and there’s absolutely no reason for them not to be open, both sides of both doors weren’t open and on the top of that there was people eating inside. Apparently Arby’s has grown incredibly cheap since the last time I visited one of their locations. Despite their constant nattering about having “the meats” on their commercials, we spent eight dollars on a chicken sandwich meal and were given this – and half of this ‘sandwich’ was breading.
