Awful experience. James had terrible customer service. They forgot my medium-curly fry. Mistakes happen. I go back through the drive-through and get no apology. He then says, “Pull forward, and I’ll get you a hot and fresh order just to your liking.” I wait another few minutes, and he brings them out and says, “hot and fresh, just like I promised” and then proceeds to give me the wrong size with 5 curly fries in it. What a joke!

For the sum of eleven dollars I orders 5 PC fish and chips and large diet. 3pcs and looked like 2 half pcs of soggy fish and about 20 crinkle fries. Do I need to say more, not impressed ! Was waste of money. Not sure it it was just old or what ? But not enough food for the price if it had been fresh. So dissapointed I had high hopes.

We were staying in the area for a few days, a few doors down at a hotel, and we wanted something fast for dinner. My husband wanted to try the new waygu burger, and I got the chipotle crispy chicken wrap (and I got a gree chocolate shake for my bday thru the app). The employee who took our order was friendly. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot.

One of the best tasting Arby’s in the city! Very friendly and not busy! Michelle, Josh (mgr) and James, Alexa and Leanne (not Rhymes, lol) are all awesome. Nice, genuine, courteous folks. gave me a reciept with a smile, discount without even asking, and top notch service. Great people here.

For being literally the only car in the drive thru we still had to pull forward and waited almost 10 minutes. We got 2 sliders, a rueben and a regular roast beef. The parking lot was empty and it wasn’t the lunch rush, it was about 11:20am

The place is dirty, nothing is stocked inside. The staff takes it as a personal offense if you ask for extra sauce (I made 4 trips to the counter to be given 1 pack at a time). The drive thru might be ok but avoid the dining room.
