this is just a bad arbys period.. The women that runs it trys so hard to make her customers happy shes a older lady with brownish/blondish hair and is always there. I just think its so short staffed that they can not ever get anything right. They are always out of stuff from straws to napkins!!! why doesnt the dist. manager step in and just send some one to gordons food service to get some bulk napkins until the truck comes in. You have a gem in the older lady i dont know her name but she bust her butt when shes there and she does it with a smile… if i was here i would be looking else where unless you are paying her six figures.. she is the best part about this arbys..

I ordered the Double roast beef combo large with mello yello with an extra double but when I got home I guess I received someone else’s order because I got 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and a Sprite. I tried to call back but no one answered the phone. Can I please get my order I played for!!!

We ordered their ribeye sandwich. Shocked to find out that it was not part of their 2for7 deal (sign outside mislead us). I think it was at least $8. And we also ordered a hamburger. What we received was a bland fish sandwich and what we assume was supposed to be their ribeye sandwich. It was a little pile of greasy gristly shreds of meat on a pale plain bun. We were highly unsatisfied. And unfortunately Arby’s does not want any feedback. There was no where to report our disappointment. I eventually found an email address. I have had no response to my complaint. It really makes me sad because I used to love Arby’s. It WAS my favorite restaurant.

Went there to get a double roast beef and 1 arby small fries. I got a double beef with cheese on it. No regular arby and curly fries. Will never go there again!!!
