I waited over 15 minutes for my food and then was only brought out half, had to go in and was asked to show my receipt, came back in with my receipt and got my food. Drive all the way home and THIS is what they call a buffalo chicken slider. Also the box it was in was DISGUSTING, like it had been sitting there for hours. Couldnt even eat it. What a waste of money.

Food always seems good. Best quality foods in a fast food style restaurant. The service at this location always has suffered. They are friendly just very very slow. Expect 10 minutes before you get food, eat in or drive through. Very pricey for fast food as well but what isn’t expensive in 2023.

Just went to Arby’s, bought a $8.00 Rueben sandwich that did not have but one piece of meat on one side of the sandwich fries are cold and no knapkins in the bag. So it is like paying $8.00 for a half of a sandwich. Had to put the 2 halves together to make a half of a sandwich. Service was very slow.

The employees at this store are some of the meanest, rudest, nastiest people I have ever interacted with. I think their manager is the worst one. She seems to be the manager anyway. She never greets anyone with anything less than a scowl and regularly tosses bags of food onto the counter to be picked up, without saying so much as a, “Here ya go!” or, “Have a nice day!” Half the time I’m not even sure if it’s the complete order.

I won’t even go into details but I am a top dasher. If you’re a dasher, I would strongly suggest do not dash here! I walked into Arby’s and they were extremely rude talking about dashers. I went right into the bathroom and could hear everything. It was insanely ignorant and rude, I was shocked. I called to complain and they said they didn’t say anything; lies. I found another dasher wrote a negative review just a couple hours prior to this incident so I know I’m not the only one. Hopefully something is done about it, that kind of behavior is not okay and I will never dash here again.

They still maintain the “Doordash orders can only be picked up inside” rule from Covid, and they’re the only place to do it. “Why?”, do you ask? Because if I picked up in the drive thru, they’d have to make my food on time, which has become their norm NOT to do. Don’t order any sort of pickup or delivery from here and expect it on time.
