By far the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever bitten into in my entire life. The sandwich was literally saturated and dripping something that wasn’t honey mustard. I mean it was downright gross! Threw it away, no refund necessary as management is beyond rude and very offensive.good place to go if you’re into being belittled and eating waterlogged sandwiches. To be honest I’ll probably never eat at another Arby’s again because of this one. Disgusting, rude, and just all around unpleasant.

This is an awesome experience when I was there they were out of coke. They replaced it with a vanilla shake! My burger and fries were awesome!! Seems as though nobody else in the fast-food business does not want to make milkshakes anymore I’m coming back !!!

Amongst other things, the bun was burnt. But that was the least of things. Went through the drive thru, because there doors are locked. Had to wait 15-20 minutes. They got the order wrong and over charged me, but they fixed that. But after all those things, still never got Arb’s sause or Horsie sause. I understand there were only 4 people working, and the lady manager was going crazy. But I saw another couple do what I did 2 weeks ago, walk up to the door to find it locked, and drive away.

Was Greeted with a very polite woman at the front register there. I was there doing q door dash order. she was able to get my order quick and fast. And also helped me get my shake and drink after I forgot to get it. This place is really awesome. I give it a perfect 5 stars on service and the atmosphere there. she went above and beyond that day. I wish I got her name to tell her manager how well she did. Keep up the good work.

My sandwich was delicious. I love the apple pecan chicken salad. My all time favorite is the Reuben. I had to get the chicken salad sandwich today since it was calling my name. Myshala was friendly & the young man working the drive thru window was courteous and efficient.
