Cold fries…The worst!! Chicken wrap was also zapped in the microwave wayyy to long the chicken was so hard….gave me lemonade with NO ice!! And to top it off I waited a half hour to even get my food!! Worst Arby’s meal I have ever eaten!! Straight garbage! Everyone on their cell phones… unbelievable!! Arby’s is in the top 2 places I ever go for fast food. Never had this type of service

No sauces are available in the lobby! Fries were cold! I just didn’t want to go back to the counter a fourth time. I had to ask for Arby’s sauce, as for horsysauce, catsup! I no we were early for lunchtime 1050am, mom had an early doctor’s appointment and wanted lunch before going home, so here we were. The girl that took the order was friendly. The person who filled the order disappeared. Never saw him again.

I was nearly shocked at how beautifully decorated this location is. A super friendly staff greeted me as if arriving for fine dining. An all-around helpful staff made sure that every item ordered was prepared quickly and correctly. I could not of asked for anything more. If you are looking for an Arby’s near the Belden Village Strip, stop in, you won’t regret it. Being a vegetarian is the only thing keeping me from five stars.

The food was good but the service was slow. No one at the counter when we entered and took several minutes before anyone acknowledged us and came to the register to take our order. Food was prepared quickly, but again it took a bit for someone to realize that our order was completed and ready to pick up.

Food was good, usual Arby’s and the dining area was clean, but I was greeted at the counter with rotten fish smells and a dirty kitchen. Made me almost not want to eat there. Also, there wasn’t a single napkin in the dispenser. Being a Saturday, I assume it’s slack off time for the employees when it comes to details.

Got a couple roast beef sandwiches and fries which were good. The food was not the issue. The problem was the rude employee in the kitchen running their mouth about me because I asked for 2 of a sauce with my order. Disrespect punk who needs fired!!! Will not be back anytime soon.
