This was the worst time I’ve had with Arby’s. I asked for 2 roast beef medium sandwiches both with crinkle fries and orange cream shakes and a side of cheddar cheese. I got 1 medium roast beef sandwich that had cheddar cheese on it. Didn’t realize it till I got home. Plus the fries were burnt and cold. Everything else was ok. Hopefully it won’t happen again

Love Arby’s!! Luv ur fish. I gave u a 3 because the last 3x I was there my fish sandwich was room temperature, never hot. 2 of the 3 I sat in the parking lot to eat it, it shouldn’t be served cold.

Currently standing in line waiting on food. Delivery driver. Been about 15 minutes and the poor women in front of me has been waiting even longer. Looks like she has back problems and is leaning over counter multiple people seem to have made it through the drive through and they are completely ignoring the front counter. Customer in front has said excuse me very loud and clear like 5 times and they’ve completely ignored her.

Best one I been to recently. The dude at the window was funny af and friendly to customers. He was his own hype man and his talking himself up about making the broncoberry in the bag. Even though it looked like it was a clear miss made my day. His joking with me and by buddy after he seen we were intrigued and laughing was equally as great. Food was best I’ve had from any Arby’s in months.

It’s tough right now everywhere, but these guys got it right. I had great service with a positive attitude. Arby’s has consistently made good food and they didn’t disappoint at this location either. I had a couple cars in front of me, but they went pretty quick. My order was accurate, the food was prepared properly, not missing a thing including the sauce I requested and napkins. I was greeted with a smile and left with one myself. Thanks Arby’s.
