I came here to get food for an elderly woman who is housebound. I had coupons that the elderly woman gave me that I forgot to use and realized immediately after the transaction ended. I apologized to the girl and asked that they would please take the coupons to receive the difference back which would put money back in this elderly woman’s pocket. The manager refused to refund me and said I could use the coupon another time (wow). I’ve worked in retail 15 years, we would have never treated a customer like this. Heartless.

Most of the time when I stop here they can’t seem to get the order right. Even if it’s 2 items somehow I still manage to get the wrong order. I’ve also noticed that when you order a large fry which this happened today they give you the large holder but a small to medium order of fries

Ordered 4 sammiches 2 lrg fries and a drink, with a coupon for 6 sammiches. Well, I was in a hurry n said ‘all 4 are in there yeah?’ He assured me. I got home and only had food for 1 kid. 2 sammiches n fries. I ALWAYS look in the bag. The 1 time I don’t, was confusion. I’d paid for the other 2. Ironically no receipt. SMH. Was this a set up? Lol still good food.

Typical, wonderful Arby’s Fair. We went through the drive-thru; so, I can’t tell you much except that it was good Arby’s food. The sandwiches did seem to contain a little less of the roast beef than we’re used to it at an Arby’s.

This was our second time stopping at this Arby’s . We are once again very pleased with our experiences there. We were greeted promptly by the friendly employee. Restaurant was clean. Our food was delicious and fresh. There is one tiny complaint my husbands crinkle fries were way to salty . Our sandwiches were so delicious , the beef was shaved thinly the way we like it. This restaurant is by far the best Arbys were ever ate at. We would like to say Thank you for caring about your customers and caring about the food you serve .We will be back soon !

Very clean, friendly staff, nice quiet atmosphere. This is the first Arby’s I’ve been to that truly impressed me. Service was quick and food was really good. Better than the PA Arby’s. I will definitely be going back!
