The fries were super hard with a burnt taste/ old oil. Curly fries. A small amount of cheese and bacon. I couldn’t see or the taste chicken. I’m hoping this was a one-time disaster. Lol

This Arbys has been a very clean restaurant since the 90s when I lived close by there. We stop in on occasion and everytime the people are nice and the store is very clean. Thank you for that.

Absolutely the worst Arbys on the planet . No aus jus with my french dip and swiss I asked to get some . Girl disappeared for several minutes . Came back with it . Got home and the dip was thicker than gravy with big chunks in it and tasted burnt . Disgusting I threw it away .

Wow, was excited to see the ads for the prime rib cheese steak. The sandwich on the commercial or website looks great – the actual sandwich is not at all like it. Not hot, not tasty, not good at all. And not something I will ever order again.

Arrived about 20 minutes before closing. They said we could only get our order to go. So we said ok. We paid for our food and immediately handed us our bag. Ok, go out to truck and food was cold. Like 3 minutes to get drink and get in vehicle. Won’t go back here when we come back to town.
